The ASN Neurological Surveillance of COVID-19 study was completed following the collection of data covering a period of 1 year.

The ASN GBS Study commenced in July 2022, with the objective of determining the clinical characteristics, subtypes and clinical outcomes of patients with Guillain-Barre Syndrome in Sri Lanka. 39 Co-Investigators from 18 sites have agreed to participate and data collection has commenced in hospitals with local approval. The Director General of Health Services, Ministry of Health has approved the study as a multi-centre study in Sri Lanka.

ASN COVID 19 Neurological Surveillance 

The purpose of this surveillance is to analyze the neurological manifestations caused by the COVID 19 virus in Sri Lanka.
